Our client, a growing and award-winning Fintech company, is looking for an Implementation Consultant/Project Manager to work with clients in the APAC region, manages the software implementation projects, and ensure successful solution delivery with high customer satisfaction. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute software implementation projects for clients in the APAC region
  • Provide ongoing support to facilitate ongoing operations with business partners
  • Measure project progress against client expectations and established timeline, assesses issues and implements countermeasures
  • Plan and execute training for users, including systems administration and daily and periodic processes and reporting
  • Develop and maintain standard implementation methodology

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (IT, Management, Finance, etc)
  • 2+ years of project management experience with the ability to establish program management standards and procedures
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to identify the needs of the customer and define alternative solutions
  • Capable of learning quickly and working independently
  • Fluency in English
